Movie Summary:
Durgapur Junction begins in the city of Kolkata, where the media is abuzz with allegations against a powerful businessman. At the same time, several mysterious deaths start occurring in the city. A journalist named Usha has been reporting on these incidents in the newspaper for several days.

Soon, Usha is warned to stop publishing stories on the matter. On her way home one evening, a group of men threatens her. Disturbed, she discusses the threats with her husband at home. Shockingly, the next morning, her husband collapses and dies on the floor.

Police investigations reveal that the cause of death was a contaminated vitamin tablet. The Vitamin B-complex bottle had been tampered with and contained a toxic substance. Although Usha had no role in the incident, the police begin to suspect her. We then learn that this was Usha’s second husband—her first husband had died in a car accident. Even at that time, the police had kept her under suspicion.

What unfolds next is a gripping tale full of twists, suspense, and hidden truths.
